Single Expert: When Clients are contemplating taking action against a potentially negligent party or a party is being faced with a potential claim against them, they need unbiased advice as to whether there is a likelihood of a potential liability, and if so, what that potential liability might be.

We have prepared many retrospective valuations in connection with litigation, both on behalf of lending institutions and defendants, and have represented Clients in both County and High Court. We have also dealt with a number of cases involving property fraud.

Single Joint Expert: We have provided many reports in this capacity.  It involves being appointed jointly by both ‘sides’ to give an unbiased opinion.  This may be in relation to matrimonial proceedings, property or partnership disputes etc.

We are well versed in the requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) in relation to court reports and have produced many expert reports which comply with both those requirements and RICS Surveyors Acting As Expert Witness.

We have also achieved Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE), a Level 7 BTEC (Masters Level) award accredited by Edexcel.
